Richard Adam Byers, 37, of 1966 Old Lafayette Road, Rock Spring arrested on charges of driving under the influence of multiple substances, driving while license suspended, tag light requirement and outstanding warrant.

Soddy Daisy Man Pleads Guilty To Child Rape; Montgomery Gets 15 Years

A Soddy Daisy man pleaded guilty on Monday to sexual battery by an authority figure and statutory rape by an authority figure. Scott A. Montgomery received concurrent 15-year and six-year sentences.
