Journey To An Enchanted Kingdom At Rock City's Fairytale Nights Beginning March 23

Once upon a time in a nearby land, beloved storybook characters come to life as Fairytale Nights returns to Rock City Gardens for its fifth season. March 23 – April 15, guests encounter personalized, one-on-one moments with a variety of fairytale characters for an immersive experience into happily ever after. Enchantment begins with the opening ceremony, “knightly” at 6 p.m., with the last ticket sold at 8 p.m.

Fly to Neverland with Peter Pan, waltz with Beauty and be knighted by Queen Guinevere, all along the Enchanted Trail. Other characters to meet include Cinderella, her Fairy Godmother, Prince Charming, Snow White, The Evil Queen, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack (and the Beanstalk), Wendy Darling, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Ik the Troll King, Hansel, Gretel and even a fairy or two. 

Special reservations for Tea with Alice and the White Rabbit are available on April 5, 6 and 8 at 4:30 p.m. Enjoy tea and heavy hors d’oeuvres featuring finger sandwiches, fresh fruit, scones, petit four desserts and beverages. Adventure awaits where children can train to be a knight by scaling a castle wall, and learn sword fighting and basic archery. Interactive story time is also available with Goldilocks and the Three Bears at Storybook Theatre.

Journey to the Beast’s Castle for some magic ice or try a Wizard Frappuccino from Starbucks. Café 7 is also serving two pink drinks – Fairy Fizz and Pink Power Potion in honor of Rock City’s community partner for this event, Emily’s Power For A Cure (EPFAC). 

Rock City is partnering with EPFAC Neuroblastoma Foundation during Fairytale Nights. Wendy and Jonathan Ransom began the foundation in 2006 to honor the memory of their two-year-old daughter, Emily. She passed away after a heroic four-month battle with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma, a deadly pediatric cancer. The goal of EPFAC is to raise awareness and funds to find a cure for Neuroblastoma, while helping with the immediate needs of children and their families fighting this disease.
