Pat McGowan has announced the opening of her new real estate brokerage, EXIT Realty McGowan & Associates. 

"We quickly recognized the value of everything EXIT Realty has to offer; the EXIT Formula, state-of-the-art technology, in-depth training and more," said Ms. McGowan, "We are very excited to join the local business community to assist residents with their real estate needs. The new office will be managed by Principal Broker Tim Mazzolini.  Affilate brokers working at the office are Lisa Ellis, Roby Phillips, Sheryl Phillips, and Pat McGowan.  

Ms. McGowan, whose family also owns Old Fort Restaurant in Cleveland, wants to provide local real estate consumers with a fresh alternative in the current fast-paced real estate market. 1 Person Killed In Accident Involving 18-Wheeler On Ochs Highway

A person was killed Saturday morning on Ochs Highway. An 18-wheeler was coming down the mountain, and hit three cars traveling up the mountain. It was reported the over-turned truck contained 35,000 gallons of chemicals, and evacuations of homes nearby were happening. Ochs Highway was closed in both directions, and HAZMAT crews were at the scene. More information will follow. (click for more)
