Pat McGowan has announced the opening of her new real estate brokerage, EXIT Realty McGowan & Associates.

The new office will be managed by Principal Broker Tim Mazzolini.  Affilate brokers working at the office are Lisa Ellis, Roby Phillips, Sheryl Phillips, and Pat McGowan.  

Ms. McGowan, whose family also owns Old Fort Restaurant in Cleveland, wants to provide local real estate consumers with a fresh alternative in the current fast-paced real estate market. CDOT Announces Extended Road Closure On W 3rd Street

The closure on W 3rd Street between Market Street and Broad Street has been extended until Aug.15 due to weather delays. W 3rd will be closed daily between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. until Aug 15 for storm drain pipe installations. Trustee Hullander Says Airbnb Will Remit Hotel/Motel Tax Directly To His Office; It Has 600 Local Hosts With $7 Million Annual Income

Trustee Bill Hullander said Wednesday that Airbnb has agreed to directly remit hotel/motel tax for its 600 hosts in Hamilton County to his office. Mr. Hullander said prior to the agreement that his office had difficulty locating those renting out rooms or homes and had just 90 on the books. County Attorney Says All Votes Were Counted In Recent Election Snafu, And None Affected Outcomes Of Races

County Attorney Rheubin Taylor, who is also the lawyer for the Election Commission, said all ballots were counted despite a recent election snafu.
